Other Important Information

We are organizing a Social Gathering before the conference (from 5-10pm on Monday October 7, 2019) in several bars/restaurants in Davis Downtown for those students and conference participants that want to join, more information about this coming soon!

On-site registration and pick up of conference bags and accreditations will be open from 1-5pm on Monday October 7, 2019 and 7-8am on October 8, 9, and 10 at the UC Davis Conference Center.

Remember that pre-conference and post-conference workshops will be taking place during October 6-7 and October 11-12. Please have a look at the list of workshops that will be offered and make sure you enroll in those that you are interested as soon as possible (the space is limited!).
