How to Register
To register at the GeoVet 2019 conference please use this UC Davis registration secure portal.Registration Fees
Full conference registration includes attendance for all days of the scientific program (October 8th to 10th). The conference registration fee for the GeoVet 2019 is:
Single day registrations are available for those who cannot attend the entire event at USD $200 cost per day. Live streaming registration, which includes all the scientific sessions is also available at USD $300 cost.
Note:
*Students must provide recent proof of student registration from her/his university. Please send a copy of your official transcript (i.e., with the imprint or official seal of the institution and signature of the responsible university officer) or a copy signed by the student’s faculty advisor to GeoVet19@ucdavis.edu.
**Accompanying person price does include Gala Dinner.
The registration fee for students and regular delegates of the GeoVet 2019 includes:
- Admission to all sessions of the scientific program (October 8-10th)
- Admission to the exhibition and poster area
- Access to the Whova App
- Conference bag
- Lunches and Coffee breaks for the three days
- Digital Program and Proceedings
- Reception and Opening Ceremony
- Gala Dinner (and associated transportation to/from to the hotels to the Gala Dinner venue)

Students and delegates interested in participating in one or more of the pre- and post-conference workshops will be also able to select and pay the fee for the preferred workshop(s) in the registration portal. More information about workshops in the workshop page.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on or before August 15th 2019: payment will be refunded minus an administration fee of USD $30.For cancellations made after August 15th 2019: onwards, no refunds will be made.
