Important Dates

Feb 1 2019: Call for workshops

March 20 2019: Deadline for workshop proposal submission.

April 1 2019: Decision on acceptance or rejection of workshop proposal, and notification of applicants. Announcement of pre- & post-GeoVet workshops on the GeoVet website.

July 1 2019: Deadline for participant registration for pre- & post-GeoVet workshops.

July 7 2019: Last day for workshop organizers to confirm/cancel pre & post-workshops. Registration will remain open for confirmed workshops until the maximum number of participants is reached.

6-7 October 2019: Pre-GeoVet workshops

11-12 October 2019: Post-GeoVet workshops
