Additional Information for Workshop Participants
- The venue: The venue for each of the workshops will be either in the UC Davis Conference Center or the Gladys Valley Hall (depending on participants and room capacity needed). The location will be announced to workshop organizers and workshop participants once the workshop registration is finalized and the final number of participants is confirmed.
- Registration and fee
- Participants interested to participate in one or more of the workshops must register on-line using the UC Davis registration secure portal.
- Participants should select the workshop(s) within the registration form and pay the workshop fee together with the conference registration fee.
- Cancellation Policy
- Participants who are registered in cancelled workshops will have the option to transfer to another workshop.
- Participants who paid registration to attend the GeoVet Conference and decline to transfer to another workshop will be fully reimbursed the amount paid to register in the workshop (minus an administration fee of USD $30).
- Last day to cancel a registration and be fully reimbursed is August 15th 2019. Participants who cancel from August 16th to September 1st 2019 will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee. Participants who cancel after September 1st 2019 will not be reimbursed.
